This Wednesday: Intentional Mornings

This Wednesday at noon pacific I'm offering a workshop called Intentional Mornings.

I’ve been keeping promotion pretty minimal, solely because I'm in puppy overwhelm + sick kid season - so, my apologies for the late notice. Consider this your direct and warm invitation. 💙

Over the past year, I’ve run this workshop half a dozen times for corporate groups (law firms, HR teams, and leadership cohorts) and it’s been consistently one of the most well-received sessions I offer.

Every time, people leave saying some version of:

“This really helped me calibrate my priorities and get a few new and surprisingly effective practices into regular habits.”

So I decided it was time to bring it to my own community.

This workshop isn’t about perfect routines, 5am wakeups, or adding more to your plate. It’s about learning how to design mornings that actually support your nervous system, your energy, and the season of life you’re in.

What you'll get:

  • Clarity about what actually matters to you right now, so you can design morning practices that support this season of life (not an aspirational version of you from five years ago)
  • A practical “menu” of research-backed morning practices — like light exposure, caffeine timing, cold water, and more — including why they work and how they impact your body, mind, and focus
  • Support to translate these into a supportive, personalized morning routine you’ll actually follow

And a little thank-you to attendees:

Everyone who attends will get first dibs on a free 1:1 coaching call with me, to be scheduled after the workshop. No pressure, no obligation — just a chance to go deeper if it feels supportive.

If this has even a quiet “hmm… maybe” energy for you, I’d love to have you there.

Thriving isn’t a personality trait. It’s a result of *skills* that many of us weren't taught or modeled. I teach those skills through a portfolio of businesses and offerings - group wellness programs in workplaces, 1:1 life coaching, and creative projects. I love helping people feel less anxious and more stoked about their lives. My approach? Professional, practical, and actionable — with a dash of woo and sprinkle of sass.

Jen Ottovegio Coaching March 3, 2026 This weekend I did lots of things that scared me. I want to tell you about two of them. 😳 On Friday, I went to an erotica poetry open mic night at my local pub. As I was preparing to go, I thought: “I cannot imagine sharing something like that with a room full of strangers.” And of course… the moment I had that thought, I knew I wanted to try. I’ve learned something about myself over the years: If I want to grow, I have to keep doing different things. Not...

Jen Ottovegio Holistic Life Coach

Jen Ottovegio Coaching February 23, 2026 Just getting off the heels of a couple intentionally slow days at the Oregon Coast. I integrated by writing a new (and potent, I must say) piece. This piece felt important enough to just send directly. It’s about the skills that will actually matter in the next decade. (Per my opinion, as I don't have a magic ball). I'd argue these were important skills in every decade thus far. But in this moment of AI, things feel different. I make the case that the...

Intentional Year Project

Jen Ottovegio Coaching February 16, 2026 One year from now... how do you want to feel? In your body, in your work, in your relationships, in your mind. Grounded? Proud? Like you were truly in the driver’s seat of your life? Personally, I don’t want to look back 12 months from now, wondering where my energy went. And I don't want that for you either. So today, I'm launching something to support us in living with more intention. Introducing: The Intentional Year Project Between now and March...
