"Your guide saved our marriage."

Jen Ottovegio Coaching

February 2, 2026

This work can be quietly powerful.

Not flashy. Not overnight. But the kind that meets people in their real lives and actually makes meaningful shifts.

A few weeks ago, a coaching client said after our first session: “This was better than years of therapy. It’s exactly the type of support I need.”

Of course therapy is fabulous and I can't say enough about wonderful a good therapist can be. And sometimes coaching is a better style of support.

Then... at my Saturday morning kettlebell class, a couple in my social circle (not clients) came up to me—sweaty, smiling—and said: “Jen… we downloaded your Partner Summit Guide and used it. It quite literally saved our marriage.”

I'm stoked for them. And what a total delight and honor to hear as someone that pours her heart into this work and really believes in it.

I feel like the universe is nudging me: this work is landing, and it should reach more people.

So I thought I'd kick off the month simply sharing these wins and naming the myriad of ways one can get support like this.

Start Here (Free + Self-Guided)

The Partner Summit Guide

This guide comes straight from my own life. It’s the actual framework my partner and I use for our annual relationship check-in—nothing theoretical.

Inside:

  • prompts to reflect on what’s working (and what’s not)
  • space to name shared values and priorities
  • guidance for setting intentions you both feel good about
  • a simple structure for creating an aligned vision together

I don’t think everything needs to be planned. I do think “winging it” isn’t a great long-term relationship strategy.

This helps you slow down together and talk about what actually matters—before resentment or drift sets in.

Thriving isn’t a personality trait. It’s a result of *skills* that many of us weren't taught or modeled. I teach those skills through a portfolio of businesses and offerings - group wellness programs in workplaces, 1:1 life coaching, and creative projects. I love helping people feel less anxious and more stoked about their lives. My approach? Professional, practical, and actionable — with a dash of woo and sprinkle of sass.

Jen Ottovegio Coaching March 3, 2026 This weekend I did lots of things that scared me. I want to tell you about two of them. 😳 On Friday, I went to an erotica poetry open mic night at my local pub. As I was preparing to go, I thought: “I cannot imagine sharing something like that with a room full of strangers.” And of course… the moment I had that thought, I knew I wanted to try. I’ve learned something about myself over the years: If I want to grow, I have to keep doing different things. Not...

Jen Ottovegio Holistic Life Coach

Jen Ottovegio Coaching February 23, 2026 Just getting off the heels of a couple intentionally slow days at the Oregon Coast. I integrated by writing a new (and potent, I must say) piece. This piece felt important enough to just send directly. It’s about the skills that will actually matter in the next decade. (Per my opinion, as I don't have a magic ball). I'd argue these were important skills in every decade thus far. But in this moment of AI, things feel different. I make the case that the...

Intentional Year Project

Jen Ottovegio Coaching February 16, 2026 One year from now... how do you want to feel? In your body, in your work, in your relationships, in your mind. Grounded? Proud? Like you were truly in the driver’s seat of your life? Personally, I don’t want to look back 12 months from now, wondering where my energy went. And I don't want that for you either. So today, I'm launching something to support us in living with more intention. Introducing: The Intentional Year Project Between now and March...
